The staff was outstanding and the location was absolutely perfect. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. Incredibly beautiful hotel, had a really excellent service. The wine bar was great, really enjoyed this place.

stay in this hotel if you wish to explore richmond castle. we liked marvelous breakfast, offered by the property. mainsgill farm tea room, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel.
