The hotel was fully equipped, its staff and food were good, I appreciated it. The check in was the best, the staff was top-class and amiable. The breakfast was free of charge and there were lots of options.

Wonderful staff and food, I loved its essentials. The room was very pretty nice, comfortable bed. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets were a plus.

Staff and rooms etc were lovely. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Stunningly beautiful building, tidy and separate bedroom. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a beach area. I spent 2 nights and will be back...

The staff was outstanding and the location was absolutely perfect. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. Incredibly beautiful hotel, had a really excellent service. The wine bar was great, really enjoyed this place.

stay in this hotel if you wish to explore richmond castle. we liked marvelous breakfast, offered by the property. mainsgill farm tea room, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel.
